No internet connection

Hello, recently i moved fro my apartment where i had Telekom internet. I went to a nearby Telekom shop to move my internet to my new location, and i had the date 31.05 with the appointment. No one came, no emails, nothing. My internet is still not working here, what should i do? Or what can i do to speed up the process?

      Can you tell if you got a proper order confirmation ("Auftragsbestätigung") or did you only get a confirmation that DT received your request? The difference is that in the latter case, DT only starst checking if service can be technically provided to you. If it can't be done (easily), they may just drop your request, sometimes without notice.

       

      Only with the Auftragsbestätigung does DT enter into a legal contract with you and only then is DT obliged to provide the service (unless it later turns out to be impossible to do, e.g. due to damaged cabling in your house etc.).

      I'm sorry to read that you are facing difficulties regarding your landline connection.

      I can call at any time you are avaliable.

      i just want my internet to be fixed, my Fritz Box shows that i do have an internet connection to Telekom, but it doesn’t work.

      Also, i do have an Auftragsbestatigung, made on 19.05 for 31.05.
