No TAE plug in building

Hey all,

 

The Telekom technician arrived a few hours ago and told me to talk with my landlord as my building does not have a TAE connection.

My landlord told me that telekom needs to install one, so I called telekom support and they told me this is possible but I need to send by written a confirmation from the landlord that they are okay with this. Unfortunately the landlord said no as it might incur some damage to the apartment.

 

What can I do now? Would it be possible to cancel the contract with telekom on such scenario?

      Well, if this is all a technician can get into, no technician of any company can help you! What feeds these sockets?

      I am using the one on the right right now for internet connection through vodafone kable. It is close to electricity breaker right at the entrance.

       

      I also have these sockets in the corner of the living room but as far as I can see it is probably the TV socket.
