4G is only a "symbolic" name (fourth generation) for the used technology, the real name is LTE . So it is the same.
Does your device provide 5G functionallity? If not, 5G is not usuable for you, even if your tariff includes the option.

fdi already gave you the correct answer.
4G and LTE are the same.
If you recently ported to us, then you have a current tariff.
If your smartphone supports 5G , you can also get the new speed with our tariff
