Dear Telekom Team,
I could not reach any customer agent who can speak English. Is there any specific number that I can call for english support?
I want to cancel my order 2xxxE.
Could you please help me?

Hello Leon,
Yes, it is same. Maybe prefix might be different. Also you can try to check on your system with my name and surname as it is not common or i provide the order number.
Also it is still on order status so there is no contract yet. Now system is asking me to pick a date for installation.

if the order isn't processed yet, we cannot cancel anything. 😅
I'm not sure how I can help you. What kind of contract/order did you originally wanted to book?

Cant you check it with Order Number? Order is processed and now asking me to pick instalation date on the system.

thanks for the nice call.
As I said, at the moment is no contract to be found because you only received one order confirmation, so there is no contract to cancel. If you should receive any other confirmation, especially with a customer number, please let me know.
