Order Completed but No Router

I ordered an Internet plan for home along with the rental of a router. I placed my order the 20.10.2025, the technician came today 24.10.2025 and leave the line working. The order status says it has been completed and the says the rental contract of my router starts today. All good but, I DON'T HAVE MY ROUTER YET. Why does Telekom not provide any information about delivery date, some track number or at least an status of the router?

      Wow 20.10. Ordert and 24.10. Connected.

      This is realy fast. 

      Logistik and shipping hardware takes some time/days.
