Order Status Not changing

Dear Telekom, 

I ordered two services recently. One is Magenta TV MegaStream (Order Number 80337097545). I ordered it with the help of customer service and didn't receive any email. The activation was supposedly to be done by today. But the order Status show's only Order placed. It's not even in processing.

The other was for new Router Besser WLan (Order Number 6599301630).  But the order is not processed and I am not sure when the Router can be shipped. I couldn't connect customer service because of long waiting time.

      @Anirban I assume there was an error during the booking process that now needs to be corrected. This also explains why you haven't received an order confirmation yet. As soon as this is resolved, you will receive the order confirmation and the updated execution date.
