Order Status Not changing

Dear Telekom, 

I ordered two services recently. One is Magenta TV MegaStream (Order Number XXXXX). I ordered it with the help of customer service and didn't receive any email. The activation was supposedly to be done by today. But the order Status show's only Order placed. It's not even in processing.

The other was for new Router Besser WLan (Order Number XXXXXX).  But the order is not processed and I am not sure when the Router can be shipped. I couldn't connect customer service because of long waiting time.
