Prepaid Aktivierung not working with Firefox and Edge

Guten Tag,
I tried the Prepaid Aktivierung using the following popular Internet browsers:
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
The process wouldn't continue after the Personal Info step.
I was clicking on the Weiter button and I kept getting an error for the PLZ field.
When I tried with Google Chrome, I still got that PLZ message, but when clicking Weiter, I moved on to the next step/page.

probably this is related to the settings of the browsers. Certain Cookies are necessary to accept the PrePaid credit payments.
Reset the browser to "factory settings" and try again.

Hallo @Lerni ,
I use standard security for both browsers.
In fact, Edge has the factory settings.
I'm quite sure that the minimum of Cookies is used for these few entry form pages in this activation process.
Offtopic: I would avoid using the Nect app (for smartphone) for the ID/passport validation.
