Quality issues and interruptions

Hello,

Lately, I've been experiencing a lot of interruptions on my DSL line. This is causing me to lose productivity in my work meetings. When watching movies on Netflix or Disney Channel, I constantly have to deal with freezing and waiting for data to load. I would appreciate your help with this issue.

      As discussed, there appears to be a technical connection issue. This needs to be checked by a technician on site. They will take care of it on Thursday between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. 👍🏽 We will get back to you here after the technician's appointment.
