I have been a Telekom customer for over three years and currently have a fiber internet connection at home. I also have a mobile contract with you.

My home internet contract ended some time ago and has since been continuing without a fixed term. I have noticed that the current monthly rate is quite high, and I would like to explore whether there are options to switch to a new tariff or renew my contract with a more favorable price as an existing customer.

Could you please advise if there are any available offers, bundle discounts, or contract renewal options for my situation? I would like to review these before considering other providers. I would appreciate if someone from support can call me ( English speaking if possible ).
