SEPA mandate debit without invoice.

Hello 

I am writing to seek your attention into this matter urgently. My contract was terminated on 25.12.2025. I returned the device as well. But today I see a SEPA mandate debit is scheduled for tomorrow with the amount of Euro 70.06. 

Festnetz Vertragskonto : XXXXXX8957

RG XXXXXX8625/05.01.2026

I did not receive any invoice and I don't see anything in the customer center after login. Could you please look into it and schedule a callback(English) for more clarification.

      Thank you for the brief phone call. I'm glad I was able to answer all your questions. The contract got billed just until the termination date 24.12.2025. However, the router was charged until 31.01.2026.

       

      I can see the return in our system, so next month you will get credited for the amount you've paid too much. I've also sent you a copy of the latest invoice via E-Mail.
