Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
It uses an identifier created by your telecom operator based on your IP address and a telecom reference such as your telecom account (e.g., mobile number).
The identifier is assigned to the internet connection, so anyone connecting their device and consenting to the Utiq technology will receive the same identifier. Typically:

Hast du unter Umständen auf einem anderen Gerät schon einmal eine Lizenz verwendet?
Abgesehen davon, stimme ich @teezeh zu. Aus meiner Sicht sind diese Sicherheitspakete Schlangenöl. In den Anfängen war Windows ein ziemlich unsicheres System, die Bedrohung durch Computerviren neu. Microsoft hat aber seit Jahren massiv nachgerüstet, eine eigene lokale Firewall installiert, einen brauchbaren Virenscanner integriert, der häufig aktualisiert wird, und das System auch an anderen Stellen gehärtet. Da bei den Herstellern sogn. Sicherheitssoftware kaum die besten Softwareentwickler arbeiten, die zudem auch nicht alle Interna von Windows so gut kennen wie Microsoft, lohnt es m. E. nicht mehr, in Sicherheitssoftware zu investieren. Ich habe schon seit Jahren keine Schadsoftware auf einem Windows PC gesehen. Der beste Schutz besteht m. E. darin Updates zeitig zu installieren, bei Mail von Unbekannten skeptisch zu sein, keine Software aus zweifelhaften Quellen zu installieren, und insgesamt Vorsicht walten zu lassen.

Kann auf anderem Gerät keine zusätzliche Lizenz aktivieren.
Überlege vielleicht auch, ob du das Paket nicht kündigen möchtest. Auf neueren Rechnern mit Windows 10 oder 11 genügt der mitgelieferte Defender vollauf, mobile Endgeräte haben eine sichere Systemarchitektur und brauchen keine Sicherheitssoftware. Für sichere Geräte sind mittlerweile primär aktuelle Software, Passworthygiene und gesunder Menschenverstand entscheidend.
