Slow internet speeds

Hello! I have Telekom and my internet is extremely slow at my house, most of the time when I test it I seem to get 60mbs which is terrible, I’m currently paying for 250mbs so I should be getting near or around that?! Speedport 3 I have been calling and can never get an English speaking associate can someone assist me?

That link informs me that I don’t have internet or landline hooked up for my account, I have tried it before, I am not sure why

(Mo. - Fri. 8 am to 8 pm)
Mobile telephony: 0800 33 02202
(Mo. - Fri. 8 am to 8 pm)

I guess that you connect via WLAN - and that this is the main throughput limiting problem.
Pls do the following:
In a browser open the page speedport.ip but DO NOT login.
On the left hand side you will find two menu items, click on the lower one - and do write here the speed values that you read / do put a screenshot here.
