Sophos SG UTM Direkteinwahl Telekom VDSL SIP-Trunk über Fritzbbox PPOE Pass Through

Hallo zusammen,
ich benötige die korrekten Einwahldatenkombination und die Anschluss Einstellungen für eine VDSL Direkteinwahl in einer Sophos UTM über eine Fritzbox 7490.
PPOE Pass Through ist aktiviert und ein Dummy Telekom Account war eingetragen.
O2 Business Direkteinwahl über Fritzbox bei einem anderen Kunden funktionierte korrekt ohne den Punkt VDSL ausgewählt zu haben.
Und weiß jemand ob eine Doppel Einwahl bei der mit Telekom Business Tarifen möglich ist? (Beiläufig)
Fall für den Kunden bei der Telekom natürlich seit einer Woche offen, ohne Antwort von höherer Instanz.
Folgende Kombinationen habe ich versucht:
