Speed Pro Plus Modem WIFI is not working

Dear Community,

Unfortunately I can't speak German, and I find it really hard to get answers, so I hope somebody can help me here.
I am using Tmobile more than a year and I didn't have any problem about my internet or modem. But two days ago, my modem's green wifi light started blinking. I have Speedport pro plus(black tiny and tall one). 

Later I tried to restart, reset, return factory settings, I tried restarting, and unplugging - waiting - replugging again, etc but it doesn't work. I can use internet with cable but wifi function is not working. Actually I can't see my wifi name in the wifi list of any devices. 

I then tried to call the service number, but I don't understand it. They said your internet looks working. Yes my internet working but my wifi is not working so I can not use my internet. I'm working from home and my modem is in kitchen. So I can't use it via cable. 


I'm looking forward to any suggestions or help,

      Sounds like a hardware issue with the Wi-Fi module in your router to me.

       

      If you are currently renting the device, go to https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/geraete-zubehoer/geraete-service?samChecked=true and ask for a hardware exchange. If you do not understand the website content, ask a friend or use something like Google Translate.

       

      Otherwise, wait until someone from the team here reads your post and tries to reach out to you. For this case, please fill out the contact details in your profile here (only visible to the team) including a phone number under which and a time frame when you can be reached. Please keep in mind that today is a bank holiday in Germany and the support might be less staffed than usual.

      Hi Thomas,

       

      Thank you for your reply. I tried to change my modem but it forward me to the finding problem and call center page. I created a new ticket for the call center but I'm not sure it can solve my problem. Hopefully someone from the team who can speak english can solve my problem.

      @MuratArslan: Does the WLAN LED continue to flash green despite a factory reset? Show us a screenshot of this page:

      I suspect that the WLAN hardware is defective. Did you rent or buy the Pro Plus?

      Hi all,

       

      Thank you for your help. Today, our new modem arrived and I tried to connect via it. It's working. We're back Fröhlich I'll send our older modem and now i'm using new modem.
