Last week I purchased Speedbox MagentaMobil Xl. The speed is acceptable and it's been working fine for now.

However, if I am trying to play games on my ps4, switch or PC while me or someone else is watching Youtube or steaming something on Netflix or Prime, my games start to lag. Keep in mind that every this this had happened I used an app to test the speed an latancy and the speed was never below 120 and latency never below 17 and never above 30. Is this a common thing with 4g/5g types of connections? Why can't this type of connection handle multiple active connections at the same time? Is it maybe an issue with the router?

I am baffled by this mainly because the speed and latency are fine when I perform a test when this lag starts happening.

Any help would be appreciated.
