I need your help. Just two hours ago, my Internet was suddenly cut off. Lights on the buttons 'Online' 'Telefonie' of the router are off, which show that don't work (but DSL and WLAN work). I use Telekom App, and figure out that A technischer Fehler im Netz. It seems that there is some problem with Internetzugang, because it shows that Die Internetzugang ist deaktiviert. I restarted the router several times and filled in my Zugangsdaten again and again, but it still doesn't work. I am using a quite old router---w723v. Can anyone help me solve this problem?
