Telekom appointment for internet : got two appointments, and time is the whole day

Hello telekom community,
I am writing in English as my German is not good.
I have 2 questions:
1. I ordered Telekom internet from Check 24. de. After 2 weeks, I was told the contract had some issues, and that I needed to order again. So, I ordered again. Now I received two packages and two appointments. So, I tried calling all Telekom numbers, but no one picked up.
2. The appointment they sent me has time between 8 am and 4 pm. And they say if I am not available they will charge me 49 Euros. I mean I might be in the toilet, or shower during that time, is difficult to stay by the door for 8 hours. So, I tried calling them, but again no one picked up.
It would be great if I could get some help here.

Thank you for the pleasant conversation earlier 😊 As discussed, I have cancelled the second order for 12.01.24. You will also receive a cancellation confirmation. The router you have already received by post, so you have to revoke the router under this link, specifying the delivery note number + zip code 👍🏽
Then you will receive a special return slip and you can send it back. Also give me a short feedback, if the appointment worked out today 🙂
