Telekom appointment for internet : got two appointments, and time is the whole day

Hello telekom community,

 

I am writing in English as my German is not good.

I have 2 questions:

1. I ordered Telekom internet from Check 24. de. After 2 weeks, I was told the contract had some issues, and that I needed to order again. So, I ordered again. Now I received two packages and two appointments. So, I tried calling all Telekom numbers, but no one picked up.

2. The appointment they sent me has time between 8 am and 4 pm. And they say if I am not available they will charge me 49 Euros. I mean I might be in the toilet, or shower during that time, is difficult to stay by the door for 8 hours. So, I tried calling them, but again no one picked up.

 

 

It would be great if I could get some help here.

    Thank you for the pleasant conversation earlier 😊 As discussed, I have cancelled the second order for 12.01.24. You will also receive a cancellation confirmation. The router you have already received by post, so you have to revoke the router under this link, specifying the delivery note number + zip code 👍🏽

     

    Then you will receive a special return slip and you can send it back. Also give me a short feedback, if the appointment worked out today 🙂

    Hi @Timur K. ,
    We had discussed this some months back, and I was supposed to return one of the routers (by mistake two were delivered to me). And I forgot to return it, and recently realized I was being charged for renting of two routers. Of course, I should have returned it, but also was not exactly my fault that two were delivered. Anyway, I want to return it now, could you please send me a return label.

    Is there any chance I can be refunded for being charged for the router I was not using. Sorry to bring this up, but I forgot to return one, and I did not get any email notifications or anything.

    No worries, that was just a suggestion, if you were available. What time does it work best for you? Then I will try to manage accordingly. 
    Today 18:00 or after works for me, or tomorrow morning as well.

    Usually I am available in the morning before 09:00, after that I have meetings and work. Or in the evening after 18:00.

    Does that time work for you?
