I ordered a Telekom DSL connection for my new apartment in Ingolstadt (start date: 01.07). I placed the order on 24 May via CHECK24, but so far I haven’t received the router or any update about the order status. The only information I have is the order number: 17271758.

CHECK24 also shows no status update, so I wanted to ask if this delay is normal. Will I receive the router and further updates before the activation date?

For context:

• Router delivery address: Munich

• Connection address: Ingolstadt

• I am still in Munich and will move on 01.07.

Could someone please check this or advise what I should do?
