Telekom Prepaid Karte zu Telekom Zusatzkarte umfunktionieren

Guten Tag,

es wurde mir bereits der Telekom Prepaid Vertrag auf mich umgeschrieben. Nun frage ich mich aber, wie ich diesen zu einer Telekom Zusatzkarte umfunktionieren kann. Ist dies überhaupt möglich ? Wenn ja wie ?

Danke schon mal im Vorraus für jede Hilfe.

    Ein paar Hinweise dazu:

    Ein Wechsel von einem Prepaid-Vertrag auf einen Laufzeitvertrag ist kein Neuvertrag, sondern ein Vertragswechsel.

    Dazu sollte aber einiges bedacht werden:
    1.) Der Tarifwechsel in einen Laufzeitvertrag kann jederzeit online im Kundencenter, telefonisch oder im Telekom Shop durchgeführt werden. Oder via Formular Auftrag Prepaid in Laufzeitvertrag
    2.) Der Wechsel wird technisch wie eine Vertragsverlängerung behandelt
    3.) Da man schon „Rufnummernkunde“ ist, können keine Neukundenkonditionen in Anspruch genommen werden.
    4.) Die Rufnummer bleibt dabei natürlich die gleiche.
    5.) Es wird keine Bereitstellungsgebühr fällig.

    Der Wechsel von Prepaid zu Pluskarte hat bei mir per Anruf der Mobilfunk Hotline nicht mal 10 Minuten gedauert...

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.

It uses an identifier created by your telecom operator based on your IP address and a telecom reference such as your telecom account (e.g., mobile number).
