I moved into a new apartment and wanted to use my telecom internet. Processed online and received order number: [editiert]
When completing the order, the expected date was set for Saturday, June 5th, 2121 at 3:30 pm
It was also stated that this will be confirmed, but I haven't received any emails or other communications since then. Could you check the status, please? I am planning a trip on Sunday.
P.S. my German is not that good so if you have to call me English would be great

I had a look in our system and cloud see that you already did a new order on 16th of June 2021 and already got a confirmation with the date of the transfer.
Is there still anything I can do for you?
