Hallo,

Ich habe einen Antrag auf Umzug gestellt und eine Bestätigungsmail erhalten. Um Faktoren, die wir nicht verantwortlich sind, wird unser Umzug nur am 31. Oktober geschehen, anstatt am 21.

Eine weitere Frage, die ich habe, ist, ob ab dem Datum des Umzugs mein Internetanschluss zu Hause an meiner neuen Adresse verfügbar sein wird?

      Was hast Du denn erhalten, "Eingangsbestätigung" oder "Auftragsbestätigung" ?

      Wenn der 31.10.24 in der Auftragsbestätigung stand, dann hast du ab diesen Tag an der neuen Adresse Internet.

      Natürlich nur, wenn es keine Komplikationen gibt.

      Das heißt aber auch, dass ab dem Tag in der Auftragsbestätigung der alte Anschluss nicht mehr funktioniert.

      Ich vermute, es war der 21.10. der ursprüngliche geplante Umzug?

      @Inês Leite as discussed your new landlord refused the installation of fiber.

       

      That means we can only offer you a DSL contract at your new address. I have dated the move for the 31st October per your request.

       

      I am sorry for the misunderstanding. Let me know if you have further questions and I hope that your new landlord changes their stance on fiber.

      Hello,

       

      I connected my fritzbox to the line, it says that has internet, but when i do System Diagnose says I cant connect and should contact my ISP ... is there a way to schedule a call to solve this issue ASAP?

      Thank you for the pleasant call. The reason you are facing this issue is that the technician was unable to meet you yesterday and therefore could not activate the connection. We've double-checked your personal information and updated the phone number in our system. I've contacted our technician department to get you a new appointment. Once that's done, you'll receive an SMS confirmation.

       

      In addition, I just sent you an SMS with a voucher for data volume, free of charge. If further questions arise, please don't hesitate to contact us.

      I am still awaiting confirmation for the technician's appointment. I currently do not have a working connection; when should I expect this to be fixed?

      Hello @Inês Leite,

       

      you should have received an SMS yesterday from our technician department regarding your new appointment. The SMS was sent to the phone number saved in your Profile. Is that phone number still correct?

      The number is correct, but I did not receive any messages from Telekom yesterday.

      This is becoming a recurring theme... every time i need something from telekom the number or the name is wrong or something else happens... im still paying for a service that im not getting! took me 6 months to get an internet contract the first time around, some problem related to bad data entry, now how many months do i have to wait??how many more messages do i have to send until you do something about it? i raised this topic more than 1 month ago, how many more days until i have internet? you had all the necessary information to make everything work but alas here we are!!!!
