unstable DSL connection for 2 weeks at least now

Hello,

My DSL connection is not stable at all for the past 2 weeks at least.

the router is either suddenly blinking yellow. or it just keeps restarting and trying to connect again.

How can i get support on this? and is there english speaking technical support line i can call?

      You could try https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/hilfe-bei-stoerungen/leitungspruefung (with automated translation via your browser).

      No, unfortunately the Telekom abolished their dedicated English help line already years ago. You could try 08003301000 though and ask for an English speaking agent.

      unfortunately I couldn't find an option to change the maintenance timeframe. :( I'm sorry. Maybe some users from the community have other ideas, but I can't help you in this case.
