Very Low Internet speed for MagentaZuhause L contract
vor 4 Jahren
on the 14th of this month I started my new contract ( MagentaZuhause L ), as per the specifications and in the in the contract the seed should be 100Mbps (normal 83Mbps) for downloads and for uploads the speed should be 40 Mbps (normal 33 Mbps ). But the speed is only around 8 Mbps for both uploads and downloads. Why is this happening? and what is then difference in speed between MagentaZuhause S / M / L if this is the speed i get for what I was promised and what I pay for?
Can this be fixed please?

May I guess?
You do not connect via Ethernet cable but rather via a bad WLAN/Wifi connection.
Try a speedtest with your smartphone just aside the WLAN Access Point/Router.

Do you still have the problem with your current speed? Is there an option to update the firmware of the FRITZ!box? Did you already try another Router?

Would you be able to send a few screenshots from the Fritz!Box web UI? The data could help to analyse the issue you have with the connection. In particular, I'd like to take a look at the following tabs under Internet -> DSL-Informationen:

And what is about the disconnects? Can you see them into your Router-Log?
