Very slow connection

Hello!
I have a "Magenta Zuhause L - MagentaTV Basic" plan, connected on July 2.
Before today it was more or less fine, and even there were slowdowns before, they didn't last longer than few minutes.
But today whole morning it is so slow, that I almost cannot work.
I have received a bill for 143 EUR just a week ago. Is it the thing I should pay for?!
