I FIXED IT !!! @PeterPan8 i think you mentioned something like this so kudos to you.
It seems that someone on the BMW side, or on my company side was sloppy when setting up the network and they actually used as a company network ip range, the same range that is used by my router(default routers).
I changed the DHCP range and the IP Address of the router and Hurray it worked.
