Wechsel von MagentaZuhause Young S auf MagentaZuhause Young XL

Hallo zusammen,

ich werde ca. 01/2020 einen Neuvertrag für MagentaZuhause Young S abschließen, da dies die einzige mögliche Geschwindigkeit für meine Adresse ist.

Der Breitbandausbau wird erst ca. 11/2020 abgeschlossen sein.

 

Ist es möglich, mitten unter der Vertragslaufzeit, also nach dem erfolgten Breitbandausbau, von MagentaZuhause Young S auf MagentaZuhause Young XL zu wechseln?

    Vll. als Info für euch:

     

    Hatte nun Zeit gefunden, um mit dem Telekom-Kundenservice zu telefonieren.

     

    Die Dame am Telefon meinte, dass wär kein Problem, mitten unter der Vertragslaufzeit auf einen höherwertigen Young-Tarif zu wechseln.

    Der Antrag zum Wechsel müsse nur schriftlich erfolgen. Anschließend geht der Antrag zu einem Spezialteam und wird dort umgesetzt.

    Oh immer diese Intransparenzen... es gibt keine allgemeingültigen Regeln was wann zu welchen Konditionen möglich ist und Erfahrungen der Vergangenheit stimmen möglicherweise auch nicht mehr weil im Hintergrund was geändert wurde...

     

    Aber freut mich für Dich, dass Dein ursprüngliches Vorhaben klappt.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
