I helped my mother in law to switch from Vodafone to Telekom. I ordered isp switch from check24. Few days ago was installed the fiber socket and she got a confirmation that she will be transferred from Vodafone to Telekom. I was happy that all done faster than my connection.
But today I got an emails that her switch is canceled with no reason. Why?
check24 support is useless. Telekom whatsapp chat redirects to forms. I’m on vacation abroad and can’t use the contact form.

@Sven Ö. I got a transfer confirmation this evening and a cancellation from Vodafone. 29.06.26 - not so fast, but ok. let's see how it will work.

Good evening @Vasyl I just checked the order and this time, it seems like everything is fine. If there are should be any noticeable problems, just let me know. Also, when the contract is activated, if everything is fine. 😊
