Widerruf

vor 2 Jahren

Hallo, habe am Freitag, den 07.10.2022 eine Vertragsverlängerung mit Smartphone durchgeführt. Da die Lieferzeit einfach ohne Kommunikation seitens der Telekom nach oben gesetzt wurde, habe ich am Dienstag, den 11.10.2022 eine Widerrufs E-Mail gesendet. Wann wird dieser bestätigt?

    Wie hast du widerrufen?

    Den Kontaktweg, welcher auf der Auftragsbestätigung stand?

     

    Ein Widerruf dauert in der Regel ca 14 Tage

    @e4sY86 dann warte einfach ein paar Tage, wie @Marcel2605 schon schrieb. Sind ja mit heute erst 3 bis 4 Tage.  Auf jeden Fall ging die mail an die richtige Adresse. 😊
