Hello everyone, I’ve subscribed online (through Check24) to MagentaZuhause XL on September 10th. I have received the automatic email, but I had no other email, no contract confirmation. I also don’t know when I will receive the modem or even if a technician is coming to my home. Can you help ? Thank you

First of all, Check24 must "send" your order to Telekom.
Then Telekom must check whether your desired speed can be delivered at the desired address.
Therefore, you must schedule with approx. 2 - 3 weeks.
You wrote "modem" - I think you mean "router"?

One week only? - Impossible.
One week is - perhaps - possible by ordering n o t via Check24, but ordering directly from Telekom -
loosing your advantages by ordering via Check24.

I meant modem, I have a router, but not the modem to plug into the wall.

The deployment set will be set with the confirmation letter.
