Wifi tariiff

vor 8 Monaten

Hello,

I have just moved into another apartment as a sublet. I have not yet changed my address to the new apartment but I would like to buy wifi contract as soon as possible due to urgent issues.

Can someone please guide me on the following questions:

1. Can I order a wifi tariff before registering the new address since I have the appointment on 6th June. But I have a document which has my name and new address on it so I can use that as proof of address.

2. During checkout, in contact details they do not ask for room number so how the connection is provided?

3. I am planning to buy MagentaZuhause M, so much time does it take to activate the tariff.

Thanks in advance.

    There are no WiFi tariffs!
You can order a new DSL contract, but this will then exist parallel to the existing contract.
So it's better to order a relocation (move)  and use mobile communications in the meantime.

Call 0800 3301000 or wait for a team member (teamie) here ->@Telekom-hilft-Team; and please fill in your profile details if you haven't already done so.

    Thank you.

Actually there is not wifi in the new apartment that's why I'm planning to buy new DSL contract.

Yeah I will wait for their reply, if I don't get I'll use the telephone no.

Best to go for a mobile network connection.

In case Telekom is your provider you can flexibly book a "DayFlat Unlimited" (24 hrs, 7 Euro) via browser going to the site pass.telekom.de

In your Smartphone you will need to activate tethering or the WLAN hotspot (you need to configure that) - and so you will have internet for e.g. a laptop

    Hi @Sk161,

I sincerely apologize for the missed callback and for not reaching out to you as promised. I deeply regret any inconvenience this has caused.

Are you available this afternoon or tomorrow?

Please let me know a time that works best for you.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Kind regards

    Belana
