Internal Server Error beim Hochladen des Divi Themes

Ich versuche auf meiner neu erstellten WordPress Installation (mit der Installationsdatei wordpress.php) das Divi Theme zu installieren und bekomme andauernd einen Internal Server Fehler. Hat jemand ein ähnliches Problem gelöst?
