iOS Probleme Download Fotos nicht möglich

Hallo Zusammen, ich habe ein iPhone 7. Wenn ich Fotos/Videos aus der Cloud "In Fotoalbum speichern" möchte, erhalte ich die Fehlermeldung "Zugriff auf Fotos nicht freigegeben" mit dem Hinweis dies im Einstellungsmenü zu ändern. Gehe ich dann in des Einstellungsmenü Datenschutz\Fotos erscheint die Magenta Cloud App nicht.
