Magenta Cloud App unter Windows

Guten Tag, das Thema wurde bereits mal behandelt, aber keine der damals vorgeschlagenen Lösungen hilft mir weiter. Ich habe Magenta Cloud App 5.6.0.0 unter Windows 10, aktuelle Version, 64 bit. Jedes Mal, wenn der Rechner eingeschaltet wird oder aus dem Ruhezustand aufwacht, startet die Magenta Cloud App und läuft mehrere bis viele Minuten lang und benutzt dabei jedes Mal ca. 16% der CPU, also ein Achtel. Die Anzeige steht auf "wird synchronisiert", selbst wenn es nichts zu synchronisieren gibt, weil keine Änderungen stattgefunden haben. Es wird auch nicht synchronisiert, weil meistens nur die CPU aktiv ist, kaum mal das Netzwerk. In meiner Cloud sind viele GB Daten gespeichert. Was ist zu tun?

    Hallo, 

    jetzt hab ich die App de-installiert und wieder installiert. Ergebnis: keine Änderung gegenüber vorher. Dann hab ich zusätzlich, wie in einem anderen Beitrag bereits zu einem ähnlichen Problem geraten, die Datei Anwender/AppData/.../sync.db gelöscht, nach Beenden der App. Danach Neustart. 

    Die erste Synchronisation lief ca. einen halben Tag bei ca. 77.000 Dateien. Danach aber scheint ein akzeptabler Zustand eingetreten zu sein: der beschriebene hohe CPU-Verbrauch nach Start oder Rückkehr aus Energiesparzustand dauert noch ein paar Minuten, aber längst nicht mehr so lange wie zuvor. 

    Vielleicht kann die Telekom hier noch was optimieren. Für mich ist das Thema jetzt erledigt.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
