I have been looking for an answer to this question within the forum but haven’t found anything. To provide a bit of background: I switched to Gonn from another operator and was later migrated to Telekom (with the same plan and upgraded benefits). As a Telekom customer, I should be able to book the 5G Plus option. My device (iPhone 15 Pro) is officially compatible according to this webpage: https://www.telekom.com/en/media/media-information/archive/5g-gaming-takes-off-now-also-available-for-iphones-1094116

However, when I try to activate it through the "Book Add-ons" section, I receive an error as seen in the attached screenshot. I don’t speak German very well, so it is difficult for me to explain the issue over the phone, and there is no email address to contact. Hopefully, someone here can help. If it helps, I use an eSIM.
