Ich habe zwei Magenta Mobil Plus Karten Kids und Teens bestellt und möchte die Geburtsurkunden unter www.telekom/altersnachweis

hochladen. Leider funktioniert es nicht, da die Fehlermeldung "Diese Seite funktioniert nicht" kommt. Woran liegt es? Gibt es eine Alternative zum hochladen der Datei?
