Apple Watch mit ESim im Europäischem Ausland

Ich habe mir die Apple Watch 3 mit ESim gekauft. Ich bin öfters im Europäischen Ausland und habe keinen Empfang.

Bei meiner MultiSim und Iphone funktioniert es Dank Roaming doch einwandfrei. Wieso wird die ESim nicht Supported?

Wird sich das bald ändern?

Das ist meines Wissens ein Mist, den apple selbst ganz ohne Zutun eines Mobilfunkanbieters gebaut hat.
