Nach einer Fehlermeldung der Telekom nach einem Aufladeversuch wurden mir 2 mal 100€ abgebucht. Wie kann ich 100€ wieder zurückbuchen? Ich möchte und brauche kein Prepaid Guthaben in dieser Höhe.
