Benutzername bzw. Passwort bei neuem Handy Galaxy A51 nicht erkannt

Hallo zusammen,

bei der Inbetriebnahme meines neuen Handys wird meine alte e- mail - Adresse sowie mein aktuelles Passwort plötzlich nicht mehr erkannt.

Wenn ich mich am PC einlocke ist alles gut. Auch wenn ich auf mein altes Handy wechsele.

Woran kann das liegen, bzw was kann ich tun?
