Cancelled Order

Hello,

I am experiencing a problem with my order. I ordered a MagentaMobil M contract online. The ordering process went smoothly, and I successfully completed all required steps. I received the SIM card last Thursday and waited more than 24 hours for the SIM card to be activated, but it was not activated. On Friday, I checked the order status in the MeinMagenta app, the order status is shown as “Storniert” (Cancelled), and every item in the order has the status “Failed”. I waited a few more days in the hope that the SIM card would be activated automatically, but it is still not active. Could you please check what happened to my order and help me resolve this?

      The issue is that we need to create a completely new order because the original order was submitted with the wrong nationality. Unfortunately, that means we can no longer process the original order.

      If you give me the go-ahead, I’ll set up a new order for you.

       

      There is one small catch: unfortunately, we can no longer offer you the Unlimited plan because the promotion has already ended. However, I can offer you the MagentaMobil M plan with cashback, special conditions, and 100 GB of data per month.

       

      Does that sound like a good deal to you? Would 100 GB per month be enough for your needs? 🙃

      Unfortunately I have to decline this offer. Unlimited data was the main reason I chose this plan. I think I will wait for promotion to return. Thank you very much for the help. Please let me know if I need to withdraw the contract or if there are any other steps. Thank you.
