Cannot receive SMS

Hi there, I seem to not be getting or even sending SMS from my phone number. I've tried 20-30 times to receive a OTP from my overseas banking services but this was not successful.
Can you please check

I'm really sorry for my late replay.
Your problem seems to be provoked by some barriers on your contract.
Please fill in all of your customer details in your profile and leave me a note so I can have a closer look at it.
