Hallo, ich habe eine Prepaidkarte, bei der eine Tagesflat 0,99€ kostet. Jetzt wurde mir mehrfach und ohne Rückfrage automatisch eine Tagesflat für 1,49€ eingerichtet! Wie muß ich das vestehen? Solches ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar!
