I bought SIM card oh T mobile and activated my SIM card by T-Mobile authorised shop. With my Indian passport. And I got credit ( Guthaben) . Now I am trying get prepaid plan M through T Mobile App. Unfortunately I can’t not make it due to identification. My Indian passport is not acceptable because there is only EU passport are acceptable.
my question
Every telecommunication companies accept Indian as identification documents , why T mobile is not accept. I contacted customer service and asked them but no answer. I like to write to grievance department of T- Mobile Germany.. How can I get email address of grievance department of T- Mobile Germany. please.

What is that?
Maybe this is the source of your problem, that you try the wrong app.
"T-Mobile" does not exist in Germany, hence also no T-Mobile App is usable in Germany.
The "right" app in Germany is "MeinMagenta" - for Android see following link

Sinnvoller wäre es, wenn du dein Anliegen genau schildern könntest.
Die teamies hier haben viel mehr Möglichkeiten, um zu helfen, wenn es auch berechtigte Gründe gibt.
Sich beschweren, dass würde alles nur verzögern
