e-sim apple watch reagiert nicht wenn Hauptkarte aus

Hallo,

ich habe die e-sim auf der Apple Watch aktiviert. Wenn nur meine iPhone (Hauptkarte) aus ist und ich angerufen werde geht sofort die Mailbox an - der Anruf wird nicht auf der dann aktiven Apple Watch angezeigt.

Bitte um Unterstützung.
