(ENGLISH) I loaded 50 euros credit, paid 4 weeks and now suddenly only have 7 Euro?

Hi!

As the title says, I purchased 50 Euros of credit within the application (prepaid) and then upgraded to 5G so the next 4 weeks would be 27.95.

Suddenly it went from 50 Euro credit to 32.07 to 7.12 so I’m confused what happened, where my 50 euros went and if it went anywhere - why it wasn’t just the 27.95 I agreed to pay? Help please. All images of proof attached.
