I have two customer number, prepaid and landline

Hello Telekom community,

I had a prepaid simcard with Telekom since last year, and now I have ordered Fiber internet (landline contract), too, but they ended up assigning me another customer number, so I cannot manage my prepaid mobile phone with the home internet under the same account.

Is it possible to have only one customer number and manage everything under one account?

thanks for any help!

Hello @jmosawy, you always have different customer numbers for landline and mobile contracts at Telekom due to the two different brands T-Home and T-Mobile until 2010.

To manage everything under one account you have to do a new registration with the "Zugangsdaten" of your landline contract. In the account of your landline contract you can add the mobile contract.

Please open https://meinkonto.telekom-dienste.de/telekom/account/registration/assistant/userstatus.xhtml and select "Ja, ich habe einen Festnetz- und Mobilfunkvertrag".

So now the question is, is it possible to only delete my old account and create a new one without canceling my prepaid sim-card?

    Yes, it is.

But there are different ways depending on your email provider of your login email address. Is it a @t-online.de/@magenta.de address or an external address?

I use my own email address, an external domain of mine.

Okay, that's the easier case 😉

To transfer the login address to the landline contract you must first delete the link to the mobile phone contract:

    https://account.idm.telekom.com/account-manager/associations/index.xhtml

And then delete the account completely:

    https://meinkonto.telekom-dienste.de/telekom/account/deletion/index.xhtml

After that you can register again as described and use your email address.
