eSIM 6 Monate kostenlos oder nicht?

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe Ende September eine eSIM als multisim zu meinem Vertrag hinzuhuchen lassen und laut Hotline sei diese die ersten 6 Monate kostenfrei.

Leider wurde auf der aktuellen Rechnung die eSIM aber berechnet.

Könnte sich das bitte mal jemand anschauen?
