I recently did a triangular porting from Telekom > congstar > Telekom to be able to switch to Jahrestarrif. The mobile number is supposed to be ported today and my sim card from congstar is already invalid. So I proceeded with trying to add my eSIM, however it shows that the QR code has already been used. I thought it might be an issue with activation, but that does not work as well.
Can someone advise what am I missing here. The QR for instructions also shows no data found. I’m not good at speaking German yet language therefore prefer to write here.

If "today" means Jan 28th then I guess that you need to be more patient until the Telekom contract gets active.
Maybe it works already now.
