Flexkarte zur Hauptkarte umwandeln

Hallo,
Ich habe eine Flexcard auf ein neues Konto übernommen und da das neue Konto keine Hauptkarte hat, möchte ich die Flexcard in eine Hauptkarte auf einem neuen Manganta-Basistarif umwandeln.
Kann mir hier bitte jemand dabei helfen?

      Die Karte ist nun wie besprochen auf einen Hauptvertrags-Tarif umgestellt.
