Freischaltung MagentaTV Aktionscode schlägt fehl

Hallo,

 

ich hab heute meinen Mobilvertrag auf das neue MagentaMobil L umgestellt und den Aktionscode für ein Jahr MagentaTV TV erhalten. Ich habe die angegebene URL besucht, mich eingelogt, den Aktionscode eingegeben und dann kam eine Fehlermeldung, es sei ein Fehler passiert. Was genau schief ging, war nicht auf der angezeigten Seite beschrieben.

 

Ein erneuter Versuch scheiterte daran, dass der Code nicht gültig sei. Was kann ich tun ?

    am schnellsten geht es, wenn der Kundenservice Mobilfunk angerufen wird (Kurzwahl 2202 bzw. 08003302202) - die Mitarbeiter veranlassen alle weiteren Schritte.

     

    Ansonsten kann das Team auch helfen - dazu ein wenig Geduld.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
